The Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros made a generous gift of 90 works of contemporary art for the Museum of Modern Art
 
The new gift, including works by 48 artists representing 10 Latin American countries, enhances the Museum’s collection of contemporary art works by Latin American artists. Contemporary works by artists from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela became a significant addition to MoMA, while some artists including Feliza Bursztyn, Alejandro Cesarco, Eugenio Espinoza among others, enter the museum’s collection for the first time. MoMA also made the selection of the extraordinary works from the recent gift, available online.
